M4N and M-MB models include a 2-year manufacturer warranty. M5 and M6 carry a 3-year warranty. Coverage includes LED panel defects, electronic control failures, and structural frame issues under normal operating conditions. Spare parts are stocked and dispatched within 5 business days.
Standard in-stock orders ship within 7–14 business days. Sea freight to US East Coast typically takes 25–35 days; West Coast 18–25 days; Western Europe 20–30 days. Air freight is available for delivery within 5–10 business days at additional cost.
Entry models (M4N, M-MB) support both 110V and 220V. The M5 operates at 220V or 380V three-phase. The M6 requires 380V three-phase. We supply voltage configuration recommendations and installation documentation with every order. US buyers on 110V circuits should consult us before ordering M5/M6.
